In
House Dementia Care
Training
The
majority of Dementia Care Matters training is provided directly
on site to specific dementia care services as we believe this
is the most effective way to provide this training.
The advantages of providing dementia care training in this way
are:
- A detailed needs analysis discussion can ensure
that training is specifically tailored to your care issues.
- Training can be pitched at the right level
to the staff team.
- Training can be focused on developing specific
action plans and the changes you need in your service.
- Costs per head are lower than sending staff
on external courses.
